1. Where do you ship from?
Nic’s Electronics partners with top-rated suppliers through DSers to deliver high-quality products from international warehouses, mainly in Asia, the U.S., and Europe. Your order may ship from different locations depending on product availability and your delivery address.
2. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location and the product's fulfillment center. Typical delivery times are:

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is processed and shipped.
3. Why did I receive only part of my order?
Because we use multiple DSers suppliers, items in your order may ship separately from different warehouses. Don’t worry—your other items are on the way and will arrive shortly.
4. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can track your package on our Order Tracking Page or through global tracking sites like 17track.net.
5. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on most orders. Some specialty items or remote destinations may have an additional fee, which will be shown at checkout.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 40 countries worldwide. If your country is available at checkout, we can ship to you! For international customers, customs and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
7. What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us at site@nicselectronics.net. We’ll work with our DSers partners to locate your package or send a replacement if needed.
8. How do I update my shipping address after placing an order?
Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to request an address change. After that window, orders may already be processed and shipped.
9. Will I be charged customs fees?
For international orders, customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s laws. These charges are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.
